8th Grade Trip

Our 8th Grade scholars will be going on their senior trip to Philadelphia on Wednesday, May 22nd at 7:45 a.m. and will return on Thursday, May 23rd 9 and 11:00 p.m. Click here for the end of the year packing for more information on this trip. Dance ClassesWe have two new after school classes available for scholars, Bollywood and West African dance. College and Career Day

We would like to invite you to our annual College and Career day on Monday, June 17th from 8:40 to 11:00 am in the indoor yard. If you would like to come and show our scholars all the potential career paths they can have, please sign up here

Grade Science Fair Winners

8th Grade Spring Activities and Dues

All of our 8th grade scholars received an important letter explaining end of the year activities and all related costs. Please click here for the English version or click here for the Spanish version. The trip to Philadelphia and Hershey Park is scheduled for May 22nd and May 23rd. Mott Hall II hosted 25 educators from Shenzhen, China
Visitors from Shenzhen, China

On Tuesday, December 11th, Mott Hall II hosted 15 educators from Shenzhen, China. The collaboration was coordinated through the College of Mount Saint Vincent. The Chinese educators were excited to learn about Mott Hall II's exceptional instructional practices, and the social-emotional and academic support that makes our school so successful. 

Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer

Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer wrote Chancellor Carmen Farina to advocate for Mott Hall II.  The Borough President expressed support for the DOE's proposal, but stressed the importance of ensuring appropriate funding is in place to support the move.  Please click here to read this extremely important letterPlease contact the Borough President's office directly to voice your support for her support of our school!

Congratulations to the Mott Hall II Choir

Our choir performed two songs at the District 3 Arts Fair on Wednesday, May 30th. They sang "Don't Stop Believing" and "Somebody That I Used To Know"
